the new year started off on a good foot, i played broomball for about 2 hours w/ half of this year's team & a few other folks on a beautiful 31 degree day. I was a fun time! I was about to be on my way home for a nice relaxing afternoon when Brando asked if i'd want to play w/ last year's team. I said yes & headed to st.louis park & played for about 2 more hours, this was also very fun. However, i am not is shape and shouldn't have played for 4 hours. How do i know this? well, because my hips do not lie and they are definitely telling me that i shouldn't have played for 4 hours!
