For the Birds

I recently made a small bird feeder for all the birds in our yard, they have really started to love it. i have a lot of sparrows, some cardinals & a few pesky squirrels. how can i keep the squirrels from eating my bird seed, besides throwing rocks @ them, shooting them or getting one of those bird feeders w/ the squirrel spinner things at the bottom? grrr.
