Tomorrow!

Wow, i can't believe that i leave for Sweden tomorrow night! so much has happened the past couple of weeks, it is hard to remember it all. well, one thing that i wanted to write about but didn't was Brad & Tara's wedding. it was back on 9.12, but it was such a great day! I am so blessed to know both of them and have been fortunate enough to watch their relationship grow from a work friendship to the deep, amazing love that it is today. It was such an honor to be part of their big day, its a day that i will not ever forget (i even had fun on the dance floor, who am i?) so, i want to wish Mr. & Mrs. Adams (i'm still trying to get them to change it to Bergadams) the best of luck as they start their new lives together, and hopefully move into Jeff's place for their first year :)

Now, it is monday, i leave @ 9:35pm on tuesday, need to leave for the airport about 7ish, that gives me .... about 36 hrs to get alot of things done.. ok, maybe i'll just write more when i get time in Gothenburg, i really should think about packing & finding my passport for now.

please remember to pray for me, maybe even starting today, so as i'm running around like a chicken w/ my head cut off...i wish i had my halloween costume here from last year, that'd be fun to wear all day...i might actually be able to concentrate & keep focused on everything i need to do.

I'm Going to Sweden!

On September 9th, 2009 i bought a round trip ticket to Gothenburg, Sweden. I leave on Sept 29th and return on December 22nd. "wait, is that 3 MONTHS!?" you ask! well, yes, it is 3 months. I will be serving with Fishers Creek International Church and my cousin, Rev. Aaron Thompson as they are starting a new young adult program this fall called “The Well”. The hope of this ministry is that we will not only meet with one another and God to be refreshed, but also to be active in our faith and impact the world, both inside and outside the church walls.

I could not be more excited to be heading off on this journey and am anxiously waiting to see what all God has in store for me. Please pray for everything to flow smoothly as I finalize my plans over the next couple weeks.
